Our team is trained in a variety of areas including internal medicine, pediatrics, orthopedics, gynecology, office surgery, psychiatry, and family counseling. We serve patients in both Phoenix and Goodyear (with walk-in services only avialable at our Phoenix office).

Meet the Team

Dr. Gregory Chrostowski & Dr. Agnieszka Chrostowski

Dr. Agnieszka Chrostowski and Dr. Gregory Chrostowski are both board certified Family Medicine physicians and have been working in a private practice setting in the Phoenix area since 2003.

Dr. Agnieszka Chrostowski was born in Poland and grew up in California where she graduated from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) with a Bachelors Degree in Physiological Science. Dr. Gregory Chrostowski was born in Brooklyn, New York and attended the State University of New York (SUNY) at Buffalo and graduated with a Bachelors Degree in Biological Science. Dr. Agnieszka Chrostowski and Dr. Gregory Chrostowski both attended medical school at the Jagiellonian University in Krakow, Poland. They graduated in 2000 with a medical degree and returned to the United States to complete their Family Medicine Residency at Swedish Covenant Hospital in Chicago, Illinois.

Since 2003 Drs. Chrostowski have enjoyed treating both children and adults and feel that as Family Medicine physicians, they are highly skilled and effective to interact with and improve the health of their patients, their families, and their community. Dr. Agnieszka and Gregory Chrostowski are both fluent in Polish and are also able to communicate in Spanish. They have expanded over the years and have constructed a highly motivated and skilled team of nurse practitioners and physician assistants to help manage their patients. In October of 2014, they opened a second location in Goodyear, Arizona.

Dr. Agnieszka and Gregory Chrostowski have named their medical practice Good Years Family Medicine. At Good Years Family Medicine, they treat chronic medical conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, hyperlipidemia, asthma, COPD, osteoarthritis, and osteoporosis. Minor office procedures including biopsies, toenail removal, and joint injections are also offered as needed. Preventive exams such as well women exams and sports physicals are performed including vaccinations.

On a personal note, Dr. Agnieszka and Gregory Chrostowski have been married since 2000. They have 3 daughters and 1 son and enjoy spending time with their family playing sports such as tennis as well as enjoying Arizona’s nature including fishing and hiking.

Regina Jones MSN APRN FNP-C

Family Nurse Practitioner, Women’s Health, Primary Care

Regina graduated as a registered nurse in 2009. She spent time working on the medical surgical, telemetry, oncology, women’s surgical, and women and infant’s units. Her love of caring for her patient’s led her to advance her career in becoming a nurse practitioner. In 2019, Regina graduated from Walden University with her Master of Science in Nursing and became a Family Nurse Practitioner. After graduating she spent some time providing care for women at a women’s health practice. Since then, she has been providing care for patients across the life span. She believes she can empower her patients by partnering with them and teaching them prevention or how to better manage their chronic illness is key to positive outcomes.

Victoria Sierra, CLT LME LSO

An experienced Medical Aesthetician with outstanding academic and hands-on/practical knowledge in the laser & medical aesthetics field and over 20 years as a Sales Professional who takes exceeding the customer experience to the next level. I have studied with the University of Maryland Asian Division, graduated from the Le Esprit Academy in Michigan as a Licensed Esthetician followed by Clear Skin Institute in Phoenix as a Laser Technician in Aesthetics and advanced training with SculpSure® in Laser Fat Reduction. My journey has included the opening of two Medical Spas as Chief of Aesthetics and Laser Safety Officer (LSO.)

Through this culmination of education, training, practical application, and a passion for Aesthetics. I have found that sweet spot to help and guide customers with the right combination of treatment, products and customer service. I am living my dream of owning my own business called, “ Skin Deep by Victoria LLC” and having great time helping my clients to be their best self, building self-confidence, and making friendships. My passion outside of the spa is enjoying my four children and spoiling my grandkids.
